According to a Government Business Council (GBC) study of over 3,400 federal officials, Graduate School USA is one of the 2019 Leading Brands in Government. This is the third year in a row that Graduate School USA was named a Leading Brand.
GBC, the premier research wing of Government Executive Media Group, considered 85 contractors in the annual survey. Graduate School USA ranked among the top 25 according to a criteria of brand familiarity and favorability, as well as eight core attributes identified as highly important by the respondents: experience, expertise, innovativeness, trustworthiness, value, customer service, solution customization and employee care.
Now in its fifth year, Leading Brands in Government is the largest government decision-makers study capturing the priorities and perceptions of buying teams across civilian and defense agencies. The companies selected to be tested are determined by a number of factors including current business in government, major contracts, competitors, and level of familiarity. The test of familiarity is refreshed every year to include new companies who qualify. Using a rigorous survey-based analysis, GBC identifies and validates a list of attributes most strongly linked to purchasing decisions.
Graduate School USA was announced as a 2019 Leading Brand in Government at a Government Executive Media Group event on June 13 at the organization’s headquarters in Washington, DC.
