Description:
Project Management Essentials introduces a standardized approach to project management based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)- Seventh Edition. In this course, participants will learn about the project principles and performance domains and how to apply them in a predictive project management environment. This course covers a project from initiating through closing and highlights the same proven tools and techniques that experienced project managers use to lead teams to successful project completion. A case study will demonstrate the project environment and provide practice opportunities for participants.
