Explore day-to-day problems that federal supervisors face in this practical, no-nonsense course. Become adept at dealing with workplace issues such as absenteeism, insubordination, an employee coming to work under the influence, threats and intimidation, sick leave abuse, contentious conduct, poor performance and workplace violence.
