The Office of the Registrar maintains the official records of all students, including former Academic Programs and Southeastern University students. All information is held in confidence and released only in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended in 1995. Federal law prohibits the release of your transcript without written authorization.
Regular official transcript requests are processed within one week. Rush requests are processed within two business days.
When requesting a transcript, students must provide their name, the last four digits of their SSN or Student ID number, approximate dates of attendance, the date of the conferred certificate of accomplishment, and any other information required by the Office of the Registrar.
Transcript Fees:
- $5 each transcript (USPS Standard Mailing included)
- $15 each RUSH transcript (processed within two business days)
- $10 for each FedEx
